CBB Bracketology

This College Basketball season has for sure been a wild one to say the least. There have been seven different times that the number one spot in the AP Poll has changed. The lead has changed between North Carolina, Kentucky, Kansas, Michigan State, Kansas again, Oklahoma, Villanova, and now Kansas once again. All of those teams have to be some of the favorites to make a serious run towards a title in March and April. But the number of teams that could make a serious claim at making a run to the Final Four is probably higher than twenty. We're a day away from turning the calendar to March, so here's a look at my version of bracketology.

#1 Seeds: Kansas, Virginia, Villanova, North Carolina
#2 Seeds: Miami, Xavier, Michigan State, Oklahoma
#3 Seeds: Maryland, Oregon, West Virginia, Iowa
#4 Seeds: Kentucky, Utah, Iowa State, Indiana
#5 Seeds: Texas, Texas A&M, Purdue, Arizona
#6 Seeds: Duke, Notre Dame, Baylor, California
#7 Seeds: Wisconsin, Wichita State, St. Joseph's, Seton Hall
#8 Seeds: Dayton, Texas Tech, Colorado, Pittsburgh
#9 Seeds: Southern California, Providence, South Carolina, Syracuse
#10 Seeds: Vanderbilt, Virginia Commonwealth, Butler, Connecticut
#11 Seeds: St. Mary's/Oregon State, Florida/Michigan, Cincinnati, San Diego State
#12 Seeds: Temple, Monmouth, Arkansas-Little Rock, Valparaiso
#13 Seeds: Yale, Stony Brook, Stephen F. Austin, Belmont
#14 Seeds: Akron, Chattanooga, Alabama-Birmingham, Hawaii
#15 Seeds: Hofstra, Bucknell, High Point, New Mexico State
#16 Seeds: North Florida/Wagner, Hampton/IPFW, Weber State, Texas Southern

In the end, all of these numbers will more than likely change in about four hours. Not to mention how different it will be come Selection Sunday. The only thing I can guarantee you is that it will be loads of fun watching the action from now to then.
