Mixlr Six - Edition #3

Well here they are! The third edition of the Mixlr Six Rankings are here. It was a week where we had seven matchups between two ranked opponents, so it was obvious that the Playoff Rankings (and the obviously more important Mixlr Six Rankings) would change in a big way. So now with Penn State and Ohio State likely done, get set for this headline: there’s only one Big Ten team left in Playoff contention! Oh, and it’s Wisconsin whose toughest opponent this year has been a swarm of ants. Not even fire ants, just regular ants. That’s their toughest opponent. So, is the Big Ten done? Well, not quite. Is the Pac 12 done? Probably (but don’t tell Seattle). Of course, the SEC and ACC are going strong, and the Big 12 is hanging on for dear life. And, oh yeah, there’s an Independent (really an ACC team, but that’s none of my business) in this conversation too! Literally, College Football is the most unpredictable sport. So, here we are trying to make a little sense out of it for you.
